Returns & Cancellation
Information on the statutory right of withdrawal — and when it applies under our B2B model.
Note: Industriparts GmbH sells exclusively to entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB). The statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to them. We provide this policy for the case where individual customers qualify as consumers. Have it reviewed before publication.
1. Principle: B2B without consumer withdrawal
Contracts with entrepreneurs, legal entities under public law or public-law special funds do not create a statutory right of withdrawal. A return is possible in these cases only with our voluntary consent or in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
2. Cancellation policy (consumers only)
Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. To exercise your right, you must inform us (Industriparts GmbH, Max-Planck-Str. 38, 50858 Cologne, Germany, email: sales@industriparts.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or email). You may use the model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
Consequences of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we have refunded you all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs from choosing a different, more expensive type of delivery), without undue delay and within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
